I can barely touch my toes. Is this too advanced?
No. That is a normal starting point. You don’t need to already be flexible to begin. The programs are designed to help your body build range gradually through mobility, activation, strength support, and controlled stretching.
What if stretching usually feels uncomfortable for me?
We don’t want you to force your body. The Zubalenok Method is built around controlled movement, progressive flexibility, strength support, and body awareness. You learn how to move deeper step by step instead of pushing into painful positions. If something feels too intense, you can reduce the range, slow down, pause, or repeat an easier lesson.
How often should I train?
For best results, train 3–5 times per week. If you’re a beginner, start with 3 lessons per week. If you already train or stretch regularly, you can do 4–5 lessons per week. The goal is not to do everything perfectly. The goal is to stay consistent and let your body adapt.
Can I do 2 lessons in one day?
Yes. You can do 2 lessons in one day if your body feels ready — especially when you combine one more intense session with one lighter mobility or beginner session.

Just avoid forcing deep stretching when your body feels tired.
Can I repeat one lesson several times?
Yes - and in many cases, it helps. Repetition gives your body time to understand the movement, improve control, and feel safer in new ranges. If one lesson feels especially useful, challenging, or important for your body, repeat it before moving forward.
Do I have to follow the programs in order?
No. You can follow one full program from beginning to end, or move between programs depending on your goal. Your body may need split work one week, back mobility the next, and strength support after that. That’s the benefit of having all 5 programs in one access.
Is 15 minutes really enough?
Yes - when the session is structured correctly. The Zubalenok Method focuses on sequence, activation, mobility, and control. A short, focused lesson can be more effective than a long random stretching session because your body is prepared before it is asked to open. The key is consistency and the right order of work, not endless training time.
I’m 40+. Will this work for my body?
Yes. Many Zubalenok students start in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. You don’t need to train like a teenager to improve your mobility and flexibility. You need the right sequence, controlled progress, modifications, and consistency. Always listen to your body and choose the range that feels safe for you.

Do I need equipment?
You can start with simple home equipment. A mat is recommended. Some lessons may use props like blocks, a chair, or resistance bands to help with support, alignment, or deeper control. You don’t need a gym. Everything is designed for home training.
Can I use this on my phone, TV, or tablet?
Yes. You can access the programs from any device with a browser: phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. Many students cast the lessons to their TV and train alongside the video.
